A new study has been published in the journal, which shows that proton pump inhibitors, such as Nexium and Prilosec, can help reduce stomach acid, which is linked to heartburn, ulcers and a condition known as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
Nexium and Prilosec are two of the most commonly prescribed proton pump inhibitors, but the research has found that they can be used to reduce acid levels in the stomach.
Nexium and Prilosec are both approved for the treatment of GERD. But research shows that Nexium can help reduce acid levels in the stomach, which is also linked to heartburn.
In the study published in the journal, the researchers looked at the results of the three study periods. They also looked at the results of the clinical trial of Nexium and Prilosec.
The results of the clinical trial found that patients taking Nexium and Prilosec had a significantly lower incidence of heartburn than patients taking a placebo. Those taking Nexium had significantly lower rates of heartburn than patients taking a placebo.
Nexium and Prilosec have been linked to similar problems. Patients taking Nexium may have a higher risk of developing heartburn.
The study also found that the use of PPIs such as Nexium and Prilosec may help reduce stomach acid.
Nexium and Prilosec has also been linked to a number of side effects, including stomach bleeding, diarrhea and loss of appetite.
A review of the study concluded that:

Nexium is used to treat conditions like GERD, which is the most common cause of stomach acid damage. Prilosec was originally approved for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and Nexium is used to treat the condition.
A comparison of Nexium and Prilosec found that they both had similar stomach effects. However, the researchers found that Prilosec was the more effective treatment for GERD. They also found that Prilosec may be an effective treatment for heartburn.

The drug is now the only prescription-based drug for heartburn and acid reflux that patients pay with insurance and without them. Nexium, which combines the active ingredient esomeprazole magnesium with the prescription drug rabeprazole, treats a type of acid-related condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease. Patients pay for the medication through co-pay or coupon programs, but AstraZeneca says it has not yet approved Nexium or its generic equivalent, Prilosec.
But some investors have pointed out that Nexium is not the only choice for heartburn and acid reflux. Other drugs, such as Prilosec, are also available, but AstraZeneca says that these have not yet been approved by the FDA. AstraZeneca expects Nexium to be the first drug to be approved for those conditions, including heartburn. But the drug is not yet widely available.
